Bleeding While Pregnant

Hi! I am currently 6w3d into my pregnancy. My first appointment is not until the 21st of June (11th today) and I woke up and went to the bathroom and wiped blood. No discharge thankfully. Around 4w and some days, I had the same issue but it was brownish or pink. At one point I did get some red and called the OB I will be seeing for the first time and they just said to go to the hospital. At the hospital, they only looked at my cervix and sent me home saying it was nothing unless I’m passing clots or bleeding red that soaks through pads. But of course then today I wake up to bright red. I guess it’s still considered spotting albeit borderline and my morning sickness has had me almost bed bound these 2 weeks. So I just wanted to ask if anyone has experienced this and had it be okay? With my first I never spotted at all. I’m afraid this will end in loss ☹️ TIA!
