My 2 month baby skin rash

My 2month old has broken out so bad on her stomach and arms . They are little red bumps that looks like a rash . I’m trying to get rid of them but I don’t know what to use. I tried Aquaphor and that seem not to be working really well. What are some things I can use or did anybody else 2 month go through this ? Please help

Looks like eczema. So a lot of people automatically assumes that primary doctors will be able to figure it out but actually they know little about the skin.
So you need to book her a appointment with the dermatologist. Primary won’t know much about it, they’ll just tell you to apply lotion on it but dermatologist can tell you what it is.
You can also go get her a allergy test done.
But before you do that, change her laundry detergent and bath soaps to see if that’s the issue

Looks like eczema to me. 
My daughter has eczema. Dairy flares hers up, especially when she was smaller. 
Be careful what type of soap you’re using on her skin and laundry detergent. We use free and clear detergent, and I don’t use body wash on her because they all flare up her skin. My daughter is almost 2 and a half now so different than a 2 month old. But the tubby Todd bubbles have been a game changer- they don’t flare her up at all.
When my daughter has flares, we lotion her up twice a day. We use cetaphil but my ped recommended cerave. It takes a couple days for it to calm down.
Do the red patches feel raised and rough?

Breast milk is the best if u have any add it to babys bath and it helps clear these up a lot my little got something like this too because of our laundry detergent!
