Help….

Need some insight possibly 😩

I got my implant taken out on the 27th of May , never had no period on it only had it in since last year October.

After having it removed I bled from the 2nd of June til the 6th of June light/medium bleeding.

It then stopped and I had spotting from the 12th til the 16th very light some mixed with CM.

This is so unusual for me & I have been ovulation testing darkest test I got was on the 10th but it’s been light/medium pink since tested today it was light.

Hcg test negative i have had bouts of nausea & bouts of headaches , tiredness a lot of symptoms.

I don’t know what to do but wait anyone got any info or advice??
