YEAST INFECTION OR WHATTT?!

Hi yall 🥺 I’ve been in discomfort for a week now and idk what to do. It itches down there so bad, slightly burns when I pee and is tender when I wipe (almost like an irritated rash feeling). I’ve tried monistat 3 day cream and honestly feel like it just made it worse when I inserted the cream. I’ve also taken the azo yeast plus pills and some people have said it gives them instant relief but not I 😖. Now I’m thinking is this even a Yeast infection??? Or is it something like Chlamydia (which I have had before but this feels totally different). Has anyone had these symptoms and what worked best for you? I just want to feel better 😞
