At what time of my pregnancy should I ask for WFH?

I just got tested positive and it is very early (I'm 14 DPO).
 I have  to travel 1 hour to reach my workplace and 1.5 hours to get back home. And although I take the office cab, the ride is not smooth with the bad roads in my route.
At what point of time in my pregnancy should I be asking for work from home?
I'm 35 this September.

I commuted to and from work until I delivered. Maybe once youre term (37 weeks) you could argue that you need to be closer to your hospital.  But theres no risk to the pregnancy in driving long distances or on bumpy roads. If your workplace tends to easily allow WFH then go for it, but it would be more as a courtesy on their part than an actual medical need (unless youre placed on bedrest, then you could definitely request it).

Your commute and road conditions aren’t necessarily justification for working from home. 
You’ll have to see what your company or managers work from home policy or rules are.
Hopefully your pregnancy is healthy but if you ended up having a medical issue your provider might put require some accommodations. You’ll also have to look at maternity leave and FMLA for where you live. 
I have an about an hour commute and a fortunately a flexible manager/employer and worked from home the last week or two before my due date and then worked up until my due date. Where I live you can get FMLA/paid disability for 4 weeks before your due date. I did not use that and just worked though because it was a new position and I was healthy.
