Wondering if this is a miscarriage…
I didn’t think I was pregnant but I was at work and started cramping so badly that it had me bent over in pain and I went to the bathroom and felt something come out of me and this came out. I started bleeding quite heavily right after it passed and then I had relief from the cramping.
