40+5 overdue and no labor signs!! 😫

FTM I’m 5 days overdue and no symptoms, is this normal?! I believe at some point I felt some tightening but not really uncomfortable, also the “lightning crotch” while walking…a few days ago I was 1.5 cm dilated but I don’t feel anything different…

I am doing yoga, walking, raspberry leaf tea…really trying to avoid induction on the 11th July but don’t know what’s gonna happen at this point 😭.

Anyone went into labor all of the sudden before they felt any clear signs?

Is membrane stripping useful to avoid induction?

Any successful induction experiences that any of you can share?
