CARRIER for LIG4 Syndrome- advice please

I recently got genetic testing for my 3rd pregnancy bc this doctor offered. My first two pregnancies I had a different doctor. I got the results back and I’m a CARRIER for LIG4 Syndrome. My husband will get his test done soon. If he’s also a carrier we have a 25* chance of having a child with LIG4 each pregnancy.. but I do have two healthy children. Can anyone give me advice? I can’t find much research on this syndrome. Is this a chance my two older children can develop this if he is a carrier? The doctor will call me back on Monday so the waiting is hard
