Progesterone suppositories

I had my fist Doctor apt. 🤗 I thought I was 6wks4day but the scan shows 5wks5days. We were able to see the heartbeat and it was 106bm. The doctor wants to see me again in 2 weeks instead of a month because of the week difference and my history of miscarriage. She told me not to worry because we found a heart and that was good 🙏🏻 She said for the next 6-8 wks I need to start using progesterone suppositories. I used them with my last miscarriage and felt like it didn't help me. So I'm kinda scared how. Has anyone used those before? What are your experiences??
