Clean diapers are impossible

FTM and I’m constantly changing my babies diaper anytime I see a blue line even when I’m half sleep. The problem is for some reason my baby likes to poop as soon as I change her it’s like she’s waiting for the clean diaper but that’s not even the frustrating part. It’s when she’s been up for hours and I finally get her to sleep and she decides to poop while she’s sleeping so I have to decide if I want to change her diaper and she wakes up screaming or try to take a nap or have some me time and feel horrible because I left my baby in a sh!tty diaper… Is it just me or is this normal? And what would you do?
