Could it be twins?!

Hello!

I am 10 weeks and two days and I can’t get something out of my mind. I took four tests and all were dye thieves. Taken days apart and by my calculations I was about 6 weeks at the time.

Has anyone had twins? Did you have any symptoms that were different than single pregnancies. This is my second pregnancy and already it is completely different than the first. I’m starving all the time and extremely tired. To the point that making coffee in the morning requires a nap after. No swelling, minimal nausea but really thirsty all the time.
