Starting solids. Is this true?
Am I delusional or is this just way off?
I formula fed my December baby since I never produced but my sister just took her 4 month old to the pediatrician and apparently her doctor said “since you are breastfeeding, your baby doesn’t need solids as soon as a formula fed baby does. So you don’t need to start until 6 months. Usually babies who are formula fed need solids sooner. Since they don’t get what they need from the formula”
That sounds like some made up baloney of you ask me. Has anyone else ever heard this?
