Ectopic Pregnancy Dream

I always have very vivid dreams and I have an overactive imagination. I've had dreams about being pregnant before and having kids and everything's always fine. (I'm married and TTC for almost 3 years). Last night I had one of the worst possible dreams. I went to the dr to get checked out for something. They told me they had good news and bad. The good was that I was pregnant. The bad was that it was an ectopic pregnancy. They said I had been pregnant two other times before and that my body had taken care of things. They said with this pregnancy I would either have to terminate the baby and survive or I would die. I know t was just a dream, but it made me a nervous wreck all day. Has anyone else ever had a dream like that?
