Famotidine? Issues?

Anyone else have their baby put on this for reflux but think it made them worse? My baby erps up more and he’s been screaming non stop since taking it. This is the second time we’ve tried it first I felt it made him worse but he was in a different formula and we only did it for a week, now second time he had two doses and he has been uncomfortable and screaming like crazy! He been a feed, changed and rocked. He finally crashed from screaming . Any other parents go through this ?
