Uh oh!

Hi everyone! It has been quite a while since I have posted anything. I have been so wrapped up with family and life in general, time has just flown by. I hope everyone is doing well.

Well ... My husband and I have been busy little rabbits lately and haven't given much thought to where I am in my cycle. Of course he is certainly a happy camper so to speak with all the fun we have been having. Today while I was updating my information in my charting I realized my ovulation period just ended a day ago. I am currently 49 years old and am wondering am I too old to conceive naturally?

I haven't had any children of my own but not from lack of wanting them. Lord knows I have always dreamed of being a mom.

Anyway, I am wondering if any of you have tried any of the natural home pregnancy test techniques like the sugar or salt test? If so, did you feel it was accurate? I would be way too embarrassed to buy a test from a store if i had to.

I just want to be prepared in case I start to feel the need to test. What do you think?
