Diarrhea cramps at 5 weeks.

I am sooo stressed out from these cramps. They started yesterday. I’ll be 5 weeks tomorrow. It’s all intestinal, I think. But it is bad cramps from diarrhea. I am on progesterone suppository now. I’ve had 2 early losses before at 5+2 weeks with both. Have one healthy 4 year old. It just makes me feel like I’m having another mc when I get cramps like this. My doctor said it was fine. I haven’t seen any blood or anything. Hcg has been much higher this time than with the early losses. At a 2257 at 4+4 weeks. Test are darker since so I hope things are going up. I’ll know tomorrow sometime with next beta test. This is just so stressful. I need some encouragement so bad. I almost don’t want to eat anything. I feel paralyzed by fear, and stomach cramps.

Please help.
