Tongue tie?

My daughter is 7 months old, we were told from the beginning she looked good and didn't have a tongue or lip tie. Does this not look like a tongue tie? I told her dr breastfeeding felt different then with my son, like more shallow. She doesn't like taking a bottle, she ends up leaking a lot of it out of her mouth. She's also not able to stick her tongue out very much. Now that she has her 2 bottom teeth I think she's been rubbing her tongue on it and it might have ripped some of the tie. What are your thoughts? And if this is a tie with the correct it at 7/8 months and. How is the recovery?
