Husband lies about last time he showered?

Last time my husband and I had sex, he wanted me to go down on him. My body literally went into shut down at that request because I knew he hadn’t showered for days. I asked him when was the last time he showered, and he claimed it had been two days prior. I know it had been longer. I’ve told him that this bothers me, because I shower every single day. Hell, I’d be happy if he showered every other day.

I’ve been home pretty consistently when he has, so I know he hasn’t. And I can tell, because he leaves the bathroom a certain way when he does shower. What do I even do with this?? We’ve had conversations about this. Nothing is stopping him from taking care of his hygiene. His mental health is fine, and he hasn’t expressed any good reasons as to why he avoids cleaning himself.
