Raising Dopamine
Hello. I’m looking for ways some people get their Dopamine raised without food and sex.
I am recovering from food addiction, and I have been very depressed since taking that out of the equation, ADDITIONALLY to the lack of sex, unfortunately. That’s a story for another group lol.
I know exercise can help increase it, but exercising in the gym while being depressed has been seemingly difficult these days. I am active around the yard and stuff..just not in the gym. I swim, working on landscaping, and trying my hardest to go be around people. Man it’s getting harder and harder. Any tips are appreciated :)
