Norovirus severe symptoms

Hi, we caught nirovirus from hanging with infected family. My 13 month old threw up once on Thursday and has since been fine, thank God. My husband and I woke up with it this morning. But I’ve never experienced something like this before. I vomited 6 times before 10 AM and now I’m having extreme chest pain, shortness of breath and now radiating back pain. I can’t keep any fluids down so I know I’m beyond dehydrated but would that cause the alarming symptoms? My mom is saying if it gets worse, go to urgent care. I almost passed out and my husband said the hospital. I do not want to spread this and am very stubborn so I am not someone who will go to a health facility for the hell of it. But I want to know opinions of others because the pain and shortness of breath is scary
