My son is 6 about to turn 7. He will not listen to us at all. Today has been the worst. We tell him to stop jumping he jumps more. At one point it was so bad with the listening my husband carried my 6yo kicking and screaming to his room where he shoved his mattress off his bed. Him and his brother horse around all day. I tell them one is gonna get hurt. Well tonight my 2yo busted his mouth when they weren’t listening. I tell him not to jump in the loveseat and he smiled at me and did it anyway. Sending him to his room doesn’t help. He also started whining and talking like a baby when he doesn’t get what he wants. I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what else to do.

I will say my parents let him play Minecraft for 2 hours today and I think that has been a huge part of it. So Minecraft is gone and we took his normal 30 min of night time tv tonight.

Is this a normal age for this kind of stuff? He literally gives not one crap and he used to always be the sweetest chillest kid. We are also watching his tonsils as they are huge and the ent said we could start to see behavior issues.

Sorry I rambled but I’m so distraught.
