Babies not sleeping

For the past few weeks my 8 month old twins has done a 360 with our bedtime. Just a few weeks ago they both would wake up once for a bottle but lately they both have been waking up every 2-3 hours wanting a bottle! Their doctor told us to cut back on bottle feeding through the night so when one baby wakes up I try to soothe and lay her back down but the more she cries she'll wake up the other twin and it's just an on going cycle all night. Please if anyone has any suggestions 😭 me and their dad aren't getting ANY sleep
