How to tell my brother to get his dog

My mom left us her house. While she works she travels for work .

So it’s basically My two siblings and I . We are all 1-3 years apart.

I’m 24. Brother 22. Sister 21.

Me , my sister and his girlfriend. Usually cleans up . He barely takes the trash out. Trash just fills up.

We clean the kitchen bathroom . Try to make the house as the same as when my mom was still here.

Recently he brought his dog , and keeps him in the basement , its new furniture, and carpet in the basement. Which I’m pretty sure is now Ruined, it’s a tall dog Great Dane mix with something. Anyways . Ever time you walk in this house it smells like DOG. He don’t take him out ,

He feeds him out of OUR Dishes , which we will not use anymore. He would let the dog Use it every where. Then clean it up 1-2 weeks later . The dog find stuff and shred it to pieces. I just know the basement is disgusting . I haven’t been down there in a minute. But the times I were down there . It was horrible .

He’s a good dog , he don’t bark , but he’s overly hype. We let him upstairs. He runs and jump and play. He take the dog for a walk sometimes . Or he’ll leave him outside for 1-3 hours. But other than that straight basement .
