What kinda car do you swear by

I’m looking at cars and hoping to trade mine in next week and have been looking at a few different options and wondering what car you currently have or swear by was the best car/suv you’ve had. I’m hoping to find a suv but will settle for a reg sized car as well.

Toyota sequoia’s there everything I love and more. Great to take on mountain road trips which talks about there endurance and there amazing for large families which means their very spacious inside.

My husband and I usually get Kia/Hyundai but we bought a Toyota about 5 years ago due to the good reviews and reliability and holy shit i wish we never did. Our Toyota is the biggest piece of crap we’ve ever bought. We bought it to replace my husband’s old Hyundai Santa Fe which we loved, but we wanted to buy something new before we started having kids. We bought the Toyota new and we’ve had to replace the battery 3 times, the engine mount twice, all 4 wheel hubs have had issues and needed to be replaced, plus more. Everyone else I know has loved their Toyotas but we must have gotten a dud. I have a Kia that’s like 15 years old and that thing still runs as good as when I bought it new. we plan on buying another Kia or Hyundai.

Recently got a Kia Sportage hybrid. I LOVE it. Gets about 38mpg, mid sized SUV, has all wheel drive, large trunk space and comfortable seats. And very affordable. My mom loved mine so much that she ended up trading her old car in to buy one too

Never Ford and not a fan of chevy. Sooo many problems. I recently got a buick encore a few years ago and its the best car ive ever owned no problems at all with it

I’ve had Toyota’s my whole life. Got my oil changed just last week, and while they were checking all the normal stuff, the tech was constantly saying “this all looks good, but it’s a Toyota, so no surprise that even at 130,000 miles, everything is still great.” We have a Toyota RAV4 and Highlander, both hybrids. Love both of them and have had 0 problems. I’ve also had Camry’s and an Avalon and no problems with any of them either.

I work on cars and have since I was about 7 with my dad. A lot of it for me depends on what years but if you're looking new/newer toyota would be #1 for cars/trucks/suv. Other suvs subaru are good and cars I'd also say Honda. Mercedes are also good mechanically but obviously cost more in every way being luxury. But in general toyota. I would never buy a jeep built in the last 10-14 yrs and never a Cherokee of any year. Also would never buy a bmw and I avoid Fords.
