Any suggestions on how to lose weight during pregnancy that is safe?

I was working on losing weight before I found out… it’s difficult for me as I have a metabolism that just doesn’t work right. Any ideas?

I have been on a weight loss journey and have lost 55lbs. I am still tracking my calories but changed my goal to "maintain" so my calories goal increased. I am still doing my best to eat smart and nutritious but also adding an extra snack when needed. I will continue going to my exercise classes but plan to switch to 5 days of walking if class become too hard. I hope you have success and overall a health pregnancy!

Eat like you’ve got gestational diabetes 😊 I get it every time and manage to drop and keep a stable weight once it kicks in with the healthy diet
