So I recently did an internship at a hospital. Within the first 3 weeks, the hiring manager at the unit I was on asked if I’d like to join the team officially once the internship ended. I said yes. HR confirmed my decision and put me in their system as the said position offered and told me the hiring manager will be in contact with me to go over a schedule and any pertinent unit information. A month has gone by since the internship ended. I am in their system as a current employee with the position I was offered. I have reached out to the hiring manager on the unit multiple times asking about any schedule information and have not gotten a response. I know for a fact she has seen my emails as I reached out via teams for my last resort and she had viewed my message with no response. At this time, do you think it is appropriate to reach out to HR?
