8 years untreated chlamidia or gonorrhea or herpes for 8 years 
Will either show up on test !!??
Or will it turn into something else

Herpes is a life long virus. There’s no cure but antivirals can help manage symptoms. 
You can’t have an STI for 8 years without knowing. Untreated can lead to PID. 
But I think you know this. Don’t you post this everyday?
