!!!!!!TMI!!!! Implantation or Period!!!

Sooo I’m still trying to get use to analyzing my body and different signs. My period is currently 4 days late as of 8.19.2024. The one with blood on it I had the tampon in 8.17.2024 for 3 hours then next 4 hours was the next one. And it’s no blood. I also put a tampon in today earlier today for 3 hours and came out to loook just like the one above with no blood. I do feel extra bloated and very dehydrated this weekend. But I don’t want to take a test just yet.
