Instead of ovulating im spotting

I have a polyp in my uterus which is a non cancerous growth so i keep bleeding irregularly. I already went to the doctor and I do need surgery to get it removed but he said it shouldn’t be a problem me getting pregnant but my research has said otherwise, I’m sure I can’t end up pregnant if I keep bleeding during what is supposed to be my ovulating days. Anyways I have an ultrasound tmrw to get it checked out and then I’m booking my surgery🥲 I’m tired of bleeding every other week or weekly😭 and I really want another baby 🥲. Has anyone gotten a polyp removed before? Or have one and didn’t have a problem conceiving?
