Normal or no?

So my baby is 9 months old she’s still not holding her own bottle sitting up on her own rolling over or crawling is this normal or is she just delayed?
Edit she was born at 36w if that makes a difference

Holding a bottle isn’t a milestone. Some kids just don’t want to.
The not crawling is also not concerning. 
The not sitting and rolling is concerning. Sounds like babe could use physical and occupational therapy. Possibly even feeding therapy since they may struggle with solids starting so late (solids shouldn’t be given if babe cannot sit independently). 
Talk to your pediatrician about referrals and early intervention.

That sounds like a delay you should investigate.. not rolling at all at 9 months sounds pretty serious to me..
