Has anyone experienced this b4

Has anyone had there lh surges come back after a week and stay there im on day 4 now and still there . I was due on yest to and haven't come on . Took a hcg test but negativewell there was bit of blue line but in wrong direction. So ill wait couple day . Iv had tests and i have nothing wrong with me like pcos or anything . I have been feeling really sick all week but i do b4 a period sometimes but not this bad and had cramps and more discharge than normal . Just wondering if anyone had the same
