My 7 year old said he doesn’t like me

My son and his brother were arguing about who watches tv first. My 7 year wanted to watch a movie while his little brother wants to watch a show. I told my 7 year old to let his little brother watch the show first then you can watch your long movie. He then told me he doesn’t like me and he wants his dad. His dad haven’t seen him since last year in October. I never bash their dad. When they ask if they could see him I say soon cause he comes around when he feel like it. So, yea my feelings were hurt. All I said was “oh okey, you’re entitled to your feelings.” That’s it. He would then keep asking me if his dad is here yet to get him. I would say not yet. His dad told me he wants his little brother because he’s lighter. I never told my 7 year old this cause I know it’ll hurt his feelings.
