Baby started taking longer to nurse

Is it normal for a baby to start nursing for longer amounts of time? My 11 week old has been taking 25-35 minutes to nurse the past few days and before it would take him about 15-25 minutes. Also, I pump once a day and the past few days my pump output has gone down from about 4-5oz to 3-4 oz. Should I be concerned that my supply is dropping? Baby still has plenty of wet diapers and is gaining weight (slowly, but that’s always been the case).
