finding weed in my 14yo room

I am not a parent, but I don’t know how to handle this situation other than by asking other parents. I found a weed pen in my 14 sister's room, and I'm not sure how to handle this situation. I understand everyone experiments. Hell, I know I did, but 14 seems so young, and I don't know how to talk to her about it without feeling like a hypocrite. I feel like she’s not going to listen to me and say, “Well, you did it,” and I don’t want to tell my parents because that will only cause resentment and push her to be more rebellious. What do I do?
