me and my girlfriend (18) have been together for 4 years, our relationship has been a bit rough, she’s been very wishy washy with her feelings up until the past year. we were doing really really well but i’ve noticed signs she’s been on my phone when i’m sleeping. i’ll notice my phone in a different place than i put it before sleeping over with her, i got a little worried about it and checked my screen time and it showed my phone was used on various apps including photos, notes, and messages around 4 am when i knew i was sleeping. i brought this up to her and asked her if she looked through my phone and she completely denied it and got upset i accused her of it. after this things stopped happening for a week or so but the morning after i spend the night a couple days ago i went to my notes app for something and noticed it was opened on the recently deleted folder. i thought that was really weird as i never go on there and i went to check screen time to see if that was used and my screen time settings were turned off so my phone usage was hidden. i brought it up once again and she denied it. how do i go about this? she won’t admit to doing it when it’s very obvious she is.
