When I was talking to my boyfriend the other day, he starts casually talking about plans he made with a male coworker and some of his out-of-work friends. He was talking about it like I already knew and I got confused so I asked him what he was talking about. He claims he already told me about it and then started telling me the details. He said this male coworker is supposed to drive him to his friend’s house. Which I believed because his car has issues that make it sketchy to drive long distances. He said that him and this male coworker both changed their hours for Friday night to go together. They were supposed to work 11-7.

Friday (today) comes around. I got my little one’s hair cut (not his child) and took him to get ice cream at my boyfriend’s work. We get there at 2 and a little bit after, the male coworker walked in. I thought it was weird so when we left I texted my boyfriend and asked him about it. He said “because we are” and then a few minutes go by and he texted me again and said “We had too many people at 11 so he was told to come at 7. Mind your business”. I said “wdym mind my business??? If you’re lying to me, especially if you’re cheating, it is my business”. He texted back and said “I told you what was going on. Don’t investigate me or we’ll be done”. I said “Investigate you? I just asked a question?” And he started talking about how I never believe what he tells me. I replied back and said “it’s just that if you’re going to take another girl to see your friends, I’d rather you tell me now and we can be done and I’ll leave you alone”. But he swears he’s not. I am definitely going to investigate and see if this coworker leaves at 7.
