Implantation? Or period?

9dpo today and early this morning I had some cramping and a little spotting and then it went away after like an hour. I didn’t have implantation cramps or spotting with my first so I don’t really know what it’s supposed to be like? Could anyone that had implantation cramping and spotting tell me what it was like for them?

None of us can say as a certainty that any spotting or cramping was 100% related to implantation. Scientific studies have not found concrete evidence that supports implantation bleeding or cramping. Spotting or cramping is very highly likely related to hormonal changes. Other possible causes include cervical irritation, cysts, infections, etc., 
You can always take a test when/if you miss your period! If it’s positive, make your Doctor aware of any spotting, bleeding, etc. Good luck!

I did have implantation bleeding and cramps were similar to period cramps. I actually thought I was getting my period a bit early but in the end I was pregnant. Good luck!

The only way to know for sure is if you have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days. If you don't then it wasn't related to implantation.

I didn’t have spotting but my cramps were different from period cramps for me. It was like I had them in my front and back at the same time,  came in waves and lasted no longer than 30 minutes each time.
