GORY BEWARE! Any suggestions on what this is?

I started the Gedarel 30/150 microgram ethinylestradol/desogestrel pill 5 and a half weeks ago and I have been bleeding everyday since then. I have heard it’s common to continuously bleed for the first 3-6 months when starting a new pill, however, today I had this come out of me. It didn’t look or feel like a blood clot, it was firmer and sort of rubbery like muscle tissue or something? I’ve never seen something like this come out of me before. Any suggestions on what it is and if it is of concern?
