No dilation
Hi ladies! Im 39 weeks, first time mom, Dr. saw me today, im not dilating. I feel defeated i have cried so much! Im gonna work this week on all the excercises so hopefully next monday Im dilated with progress cause i really dont want a c section. I dont know what more to do I even walk for hours!!
