TMI 🙏🏼 yesterday, I was given a vaginal insert Fluconazole for thrust with an applicator. When I inserted and removed the applicator, I saw part of my mucus plug inside the applicator and mucus with blood all around the applicator. Called my doctor and he said it’s probably just bruising. Baby has been kicking normally. But is this normal? Has this ever happened to anyone? I am 36weeks and 2 days pregnant. What would you advise I do please? Hvnt seen any blood after wiping since then though. No pain and no contractions.

So far I hvnt had any spotting when I wipe its clear and nothing on my underwear. Baby has been kicking normally. I have my ob appointment on Monday. Do you think I should wait to Monday since everything seems fine right now?
