Blood clots

I just got my iud mirena removed 2 days ago and started to randomly bleed with blood clots. I don’t remember what a period is like because I wouldn’t get them with the mirena but not sure if to get seen by a dr or just wait to see how it continues. This picture was taken after I woke up in the middle of the night and had my underwear full of blood then this in the toilet
