I need advice.

We are talking divorce after 10yrs. Of marriage. I dont know where to start. If he sreves me do I HAVE to sign? How do I serve him? I have been a stay at home mom for years and need advice quick! I am alone in this. We have a child he doesn't seem to care about either.
