When is ovulation really?
Do you ovulate 12-48 hours after first positive opk test or after peak opk? Nearly everything I’ve read says it’s after the FIRST positive opk. But I’ve also heard it being 12-48 hours after peak opk (higher value/darker positive)? (I had my first positive Thursday night but the value was higher on Friday so that was considered peak. So I have no idea what my true estimated ovulation day is since they’re a whole day apart.)
