Bleeding after shots?

Anyone works in a medical setting? I am not seeking medical advise I am just curious about what a nurse told me and wanted to know if it’s true.

When LO was 2 months we did all the scheduled vaccinations at once and she bled a lot right after the shot.

With my first baby she didn’t bleed at all.

The MA who administered the shots said that because my baby flexed/ tensed her legs so that’s why she bled. Is this accurate?
