whats the pimple/rash on my LO eyelid

my daughter is 4 months

when she was born she had a red spot on her eyelid the doctor said it will go away on its own

after a long while it disappeared

but every now and then it would reappear it never bothered her

but this morning she woke up with this pimple or rash on the same spot it was never like this its always usually a flat red spot until today

she does seem to be rubbing her eye more

what could this be? should i be worried?

her pediatrician doesnt have available appts anytime soon
