Trying and weight......

I have a tilted cervix and my primary doctor said it should go the right way if i just lost weight. My ob said that doesnt matter that shes has had women over 600 get pregnant and have healthy babies. I am overweight but not considered morbidly. Obese. So what are your opinions and views. HELP
