How do you get your baby to let your husband do bedtime?
So my baby is 6 months and is breastfed which I know makes me much more comforting in comparison to my husband, but I’d like for him to be able to do bedtime once in a while. My baby almost never nurses to sleep (he nurses and then goes to sleep a little while after), so I don’t think that would be an issue here as I could let him nurse and then have my husband take over. He usually puts up a bit of a fight going down for sleep for me but it usually doesn’t take longer than a half hour except for as of late, he’s been taking an hour for about a week (I think his teeth are going to poke out soon and I think it has him fussy). It’s been hard having my baby screaming in my face while my husband gets to just hangout. We’ve tried a few times to have my husband get him to sleep instead but they both end up really frustrated and I have to take over. They spend quite a bit of time together during the day but he never does bedtime or gets him down for naps either. What can we try to help make it work?
