Hsv questions

About 2 years ago I had a full std panel 2 weeks after sex with a new person . Everything came back negative except hsv1 I had a value of 2.99 . I tested back 4 months later but the place I went seemed to have only tested me for hsv2 which was negative. I’ve never gotten any sores either genital or oral . It’s been a long time but I still think about it , my question is what would cause a low value ? I’ve seen people have it much higher. The person I slept with didn’t perform any oral on me so my next question is if that person had hsv1 genitally what are the chances of giving me hsv1 genitally?
