Nervous but excited....

We have been ttc for a little over 2 years. We finally met with an infertility specialist that diagnosed me with pcos. Hubby got his sperm analysis done today so we should be getting the results soon. My specialist out me on a month of bc to get my hormones calmed down and now I'm waiting for aunt flow to appear so I can call and get my baseline ultrasound. We are planning on starting with femara. Any one have any good stories to keep up hope?! Hoping this works and we don't have to go any further in to infertility treatments.
