Honestly feeling deflated

Sorry not sure if this is the right place to post…. But I’ve just had my blood draw 14 days post IUI and 16 post ovidrel trigger (250). Honestly not feeling confident any more. I went agains the clinic and did a hpt before my blood test and it looked negative. I thought I could see a really faint line on the first response test but I just saw it as negative.

I haven’t had any symptoms other than exhaustion and slight dizziness and nausea. My boobs are huge at the moment but that could be from taking the progesterone pessaries and using oestrogen gel nightly. Just feeling so deflated. The blood test is a beta hcg and progesterone.
